Since 1979, BAEPLEX Family Martial Arts Center, in Williamsburg, Virginia has been leading the community in the principles and values of Character and Leadership through Martial Arts education.

One of our core tenets is Courtesy. From the earliest stages of our students journey we focus on Courtesy. Self Respect, as well as respect for others is the foundations from which all other character tenets can stand on. Practicing self respect develops a core sense of self worth and esteem. Practicing respect for others fosters a positive atmosphere where everyone can thrive. In each of our lessons, we teach a spirit aimed to extend beyond the classroom to positively influence family and community.
Integrity: The martial arts education at BAEPLEX aims to teach students how to uphold strong moral values and stand by their principles. Helping individuals navigate challenges in everyday life with honesty and responsibility is one of our main pillars.
Self-Control is cultivated through rigorous training, where students learn to manage their emotions, reactions and outcomes. This skill is especially beneficial for families, as it promotes patience and understanding in relationships. Self Control helps us stay focused on our Goals, treat others with Respect and make Decisions we can be proud of later.
